Managing change in business environments

IT Systems Maintenance

Network Intelligence provides a comprehensive post installation maintenance service to compliment our help desk and facilities management services.

Managing the transition from implementation commissioning and hand-over we then provide our Clients with a holistic maintenance capability that both manages and enhances the services by 3rd parties.

Most companies have maintenance contracts in place with either hardware
manufactures or 3rd party maintainers.

Determining that a particular component has failed in a complex multi-vendor environment can be a time consuming activity, with support companies only willing to dispatch an engineer/ component once a high level of diagnosis has taken place.

Network Intelligence provides engineering services with faster response times than that of most hardware maintainers.

Our technical support staff are thus often on site identifying where a particular fault may be and providing diagnostic information to the hardware maintainer/s prior to their own engineers arriving within their contracted period.

Our technicians frequently take on a collaborative role between hardware/
software vendors where dependencies exist between a ‘system’ that is
maintained by more than one supplier.

This ‘cross-system’ diagnosis helps our clients to avoid the typical blame culture of 3rd party maintenance environments and NIL operates both as an independent maintenance provider as well as, effectively, a prime contractor.

In essence Network Intelligence bridges the gap between the high expectation
clients are given during the sales and installation phases of projects and
the real-time housekeeping required to maintain the high availability of
systems to meet business objectives.

Another aspect of our professional management services, our IT Systems Maintenance facilities ensure that the perceptions of what technology can deliver actually become reality.
