Project Management

Network Intelligence takes complete ownership of the definitive project programme with which to set the expectations of sub-contracted organisations and personnel.

With regular reporting mechanisms NIL identifies interdependent activities and milestones; tracking progress on a daily basis.

Ensuring that all elements are delivered correctly, to specification and on time starts long before the contractors turn up on site.

Through our process of vendor assessment and interaction with would-be contractors, Network Intelligence sets standards and expectations with 3rd party project managers and representatives that are both written into the designs and specifications, as well as laid down in site specific health and safety and risk assessment documentation.

Our project managers are fully conversant with the detail and requirement of each delivery and meet regularly with site staff to quality assure the installations.

Working closely with the main contractor and/or the client’s quantity surveyor, NIL assists in the validation of valuations and the sign off of completed works.

On completion, our project management and consultative teams, review operating and maintenance (O&M) documentation, making observations and amendments where necessary prior to handing over to the Client.

Throughout the project we initiate a change order procedure to dovetail with that of the main contractor/ architect and ensure full financial and contractual accountability.

Many of our projects involve an on-site presence where a dedicated office is set up alongside other members of the project/design team.
