Post Implementation Support Services
Unsurprisingly
our Clients take the maintenance, support and general
protection of their investments extremely seriously;
it is their requirements that have driven the development
of NIL’s support services.
It is inevitable that Network Intelligence gains a
comprehensive understanding of our Client’s environments
and newly installed infrastructure through our preceding
design procurement and implementation activities.
This knowledge is further enhanced by audit work undertaken
as part of our initial consultative work or as part
of a relocation planning exercise.
Network Intelligence support services typically commence
subsequent to the completion of commissioning of systems,
either at the end of an implementation project and/or
an ensuing relocation.
We provide both on-site and remote helpdesk facilities
and operate as an immediate first line support function,
as well as the administrator of 3rd party maintenance contracts.
Our services can extend to a full facilities management
type role including mechanical
and electrical/environmental systems, security and building
management systems (BMS).
